What should I wear?
While most people do dress in their “Sunday Best,” many people come in a more casual attire, so come as you are. Whether you are in your “Sunday Best” or dressed casually, we hope you will feel comfortable worshipping with us!
What about my kids?
In today’s world, kids are bombarded with many pressures and influences. As parents, you realize there are many influences battling for the hearts of your kids. We have Sunday School class for kids at 10:00 am which will focus on developing in your child a love for God and His Word. On Wednesday Sep – May we have Kids club at 7:00 p.m. which is focused on getting the Word of God in the hearts of our youth. There are games and crafts during kid’s club. All kids and teens are encouraged to worship with their family during the 11:00 a.m. service and 1:30 p.m. afternoon service.
What about my teenager?
Our teen Sunday School class looks to strengthen the faith of your teenager and challenge them to grow spiritually and in their knowledge of God. The pressures on teenagers are great today, and we look to partner with families in developing and strengthening the faith of each teenager who worships at HIBC. Sunday morning the teenagers (11 – 18) meet for Sunday School class where they will have the opportunity to develop relationships with other teens who are looking to be challenged and grow in their faith.
What about Giving?
It is our desire that the service would be a blessing to you, so we have no expectations of giving from our guests. All we ask is that you complete a visitor card so that we could have a record of your visit.
